Stirfry with pinto beans, tofu, veg

Ingredients
1 tsp. oil1/2 onion3 cloves garlic2 scallions1 heaping c. cabbage1 stalk celery1/4 c. chicken broth1/3 block of tofu1 can pinto beans1/2 taco seasoning packet
Directions
Chop all fresh ingredients and saute in 1-2 tsp. oil. After sauteing for a few minutes, add chicken broth and simmer until the veges are tender.

Crumble tofu directly into pan, add beans and taco seasoning mix, stir. Allow any remaining liquid to simmer off if desired.
