Yummy veggie omlette

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper3.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup veggie cheese2.0 tbsp Salsa - Tostitos All Natural Chunky Salsa (medium)2.0 tbsp Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream
Directions
Dice veggies and saute in a 6in. Skillet sorted with cooking spray, until desired doneness and then remove and set aside. Meanwhile whisk 2 eggs. After veggies are remived, add eggs and cook until done. Add veggies and half the cheese to one side of the omlette. Flip the omlette in half incasinf the veggies. Too with the remaining cheese. Turn off heat and let set 1 min before removing from the pan. Top with salsa and sour cream
