Ingredients
150 grams Surimi 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 2 serving Egg white, large 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Directions
Mix all ingredients apart from surimi and whip. Slice the surimi. Put a piece of parchment paper on a small oven plate. Mix all together. Bake at 180 for 25 min max.
