4 serving (Walmart) Wild salmon filets 4 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 1.5 tbsp Honey 5 gram(s) Great Value Minced Garlic (1 tsp) (by PKNPAM21) 0.75 serving Bread Crumbs - Panko Italian Season - 1 cup (by MYNANA3) 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl whisk together mustard, honey and garlic.
In a shallow dish toss together panko bread crumbs and lemon pepper.
Brush top of 1 salmon fillet with honey mustard and press into bread crumbs with honey mustard side down. Brush the other side with honey mustard and flip to coat it in bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish. Repeat with other fillets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is flaky
