Ingredients
2 serving yehuda gluten free matzo meal 1/4 cup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp .15 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
boil water and add to matzoh meal, chia, flax & pepper . heat frying pan with oil. add egg to meal mix & mix well. drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. cook on low/med heat until brown. flip and cook. remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain. sprinkle with (kosher) salt
