1 Lean Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced (14 oz)2 cans, Great Northern Beans (Dakota's Pride) (15 oz, each)1 cup Onion, chopped 3 tsp Minced Garlic2 stalks Celery, Chopped2 cups Baby Carrots, Chopped4 cups Chicken Broth, Low Sodium, Fat Free3 cups Spinach
In a skillet, brown the kielbasa with the onion and garlic. Add to crockpot with beans, celery, carrots, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Add in Spinach; cook for another hour or until spinach is wilted.
