5 cup, coarsely chopped fresh cabbage2 apples, cored, peeled and sliced1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Put all ingrdients in the crockpot and cook on med for 4-6 hours. Remove the chicken, shred and replace.
