Asian Beef Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef3/4 cup seashell pasta 4 cups Napa Cabbage (shredded) 1 1/2 cup carrot shreds 1 cup sliced Green Onion 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, cook and stir beef until browned and crumbly, drain and discard grease.

Cook pasta til aldante (firm to the bite), about 8 minutes, drain, rinse under cold water.

Mix ground beef, cabbage, carrots and green onion in a large salad bowl; stir in cooked pasta shells.

Whisk soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl; drizzle over salad and stir thoroughly to coat. Enjoy.
