Chicken caesar salad

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 stalks celery, chopped4 tablespoons light Caesar dressing1 tablespoon lemon juice1/4 cup shredded mozzerella cheese4 cubs Romaine lettuce
Directions
Grill or poach chicken breasts, cool. Cube chicken and toss with celery, dressing, cheese and lemon juice. Chill several hours. Put lettuce on plate, top with chicken mixture. Serves 2.
