Chicken Fried Rice,

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 tsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Aminos Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce (5 mL) (by PKNPAM21)
Directions
saute onion in 1.5 T sesame oil
add frozen mixed vegetables, cook for 3 minutes
push all veg to the edges of pan,
scramble egg with .5 T sesame oil, cook in center of pan until soft set.
toss egg with vegetables
add cooked diced chicken, cooked rice, coconut aminos.
Stir and cook until heated through. Serve.
