1 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup bread crumbs (or Italian style) 1 tbsp fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried) 2 tbsp chopped parsley (or 2 tsp dried) 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (or sage) 1 lb ground turkey 1/4 cup fresh chopped onion 1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12g prot/8oz 2 tsp dijon mustard
1 Combine egg, bread crumbs, and seasonings in a bowl.
2 Add turkey and onion, mix well.
3 Press evenly into ungreased 8" x 5" loaf pan.
4 Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until done.
5 Mix sauce ingredients and spread over loaf top before serving.
