Ingredients
One half of a chopped avocadoOne whole tomato chopedOne half of a red pepper choppedOne half of a mango chopped1/4 cup corn (any kind)A small bunch of cilantro finely choppedA quarter cup of onion finely chopped1 tbsp Olive oil1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp lime juicesaltpepper.
Directions
Grab a large bowl, enter corn, tomato, onion, pepper, cilantro, mango, then mix. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and cider vinegar, salt and pepper and mix again. Fold avocado in and you are ready to serve.
