Spicy Baked Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken leg quarters (leg & thigh)1/4 c 1% milk1/4 c Parmesan cheese1/4 c Egg Beaters1/4 c Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 tsp Seasoned Pepper1 tspZatarains Blackening Spice
Directions
Spray baking dish with Pam (I used the Crisco Olive Oil)
Combine dry ingredients in plastic bag; shake well. Combine egg beaters & milk. Dip chicken in egg mixtures; shake off excess. Add to bag with dry mixture, shake well.

Arrange chickene in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
