Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 serving Thomas Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat Bagels 1 serving Egg Large, Omelette 1 egg nutrition facts 1 cup Hash Browns 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Mash your avocado to a thick paste in a bowl with a fork or preferred mashing device.
If preferred toast the bagel. Then spread avocado paste on bagel until you have reached your desired amount of avocado paste.
Make an omelette and sprinkle in Cheese so it can melt into the egg.
Lay omelette on top of the avocado paste (already on the bagel).
shred Potato into frying pan and fry until satisfied.
Apply fried potatoes on your forming sandwich until you're satisfied.
Put two slices of bagel together to form your breakfast sandwich.
