2 cup Oats, Quaker 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Peanut Butter 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tbsp Honey 0.3 cup, whole Almonds 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Mix peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract together and then add all the other ingredients.
3.Combined well and scoop onto a baking sheet.
4.Bake for 12 minutes flipping about halfway through.
5.Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Serving Size: Makes 9 servings (about 1/3 cup per serving).
