1.5 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Granulated Sugar 80 grams Butter, unsalted 0.5 cup La Serenisima Milk Low Fat Extra Calcium (100ml-1/2 cup) (by TURQUINHA) 1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7)
1) In a medium bowl mix egg and 3/4 cup sugar. Add 80grs unsulted butter.
2) Add milk and vanilla, along with flour, mix well.
3) Pour batter into a greased 8" (20cm) square pan.
4) Bake 30' at 350ºF or 175ºC.
