Pumpkin cream cheese muffins

2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.5 cup Flour, white0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt12.0 tbsp Cream Cheese3.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol1.0 tsp Salt3.0 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Mix all ingredients but cream cheese
Pour into greased or lined muffin tins
Cut cream cheese block into chunks, about 1/2 T each
Place cream cheese in center of each muffin, pushing down just a bit, but not covering with batter
Sprinkle with cinnamon or additional pie spice
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes
