4 serving Egg white, large 200 gram(s) Linessa cottage (by MELFI_) 1 serving Fage - 0%, plain (1 container, 170 g) .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM) 3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .25 cup Oats, Quaker .5 cup Wheat bran, crude 10 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 500 grams Applesauce, unsweetened 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb Apples, fresh with skin 20 grams Raisins 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Boil the milk and add the raisins to rehydrate them. . Blend cheese and yogurt. add the vinegar. mix all dry ingredients. blend them to get a nice powder. set aside. shred apple. now it's a good time to heat your oven at 170/ whisk egg whites into meringue. add applesauce to the cheese blend. add apples in the flour mix. drain the raisins. add the raisins to the flour blend and the milk in the cheese blend. lightly grease a nice non-stick loaf pan. mix cheese mix and flour milk. slowly add in the meringue, mixing carefully. pour in the pan and bake for 40 min. allow to cool on a wine rack and slice
