Ingredients
50 grams Flour, whole grain 100 gram(s) Linessa cottage (by MELFI_) 200 grams Wheat bran, crude 50 mL Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 2 serving Erythritol 1/4 Cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Powder 4 large Egg white, fresh
Directions
Blend together coffee and cottage with vinegar. set aside. Whisk egg whites with erythritol. Preheat oven at 180. Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg whites and coffee mix. mix all together. pour in silicone mold and bake for 45 min at 160. allow to cool on wine rack and slice.
