1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .25 cup Milk, 1% 0.25 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Sauté vegetables in cooking spray.
Add egg that was mixed.
Then add the cheese.
