5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 10 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits 1 cup Birds Eye Chopped Frozen Spinach (by MYBABYNO1) 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine eggs with almond coconut milk, and cream. Season with salt and pepper, and any other spices you like. In your cooking dish, spread out your thawed spinach, sprinkle on top the bacon bits and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over this. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until eggs are set.
