Apple Flax Pancake

Ingredients
About 0.25 cup of shredded apple1 egg3 tablespoons of ground flax seed1tsp of sugar or sugar substitute
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Heat frying pan on medium heat. Coat with nonstick spray.
Cook ingredients on pan as if it were a pancake. Be careful not to overcook.
Top with berries of your choice and syrup.
Enjoy!
