Three-Bean Chili

Ingredients
2 cans black beans 2 cans Light Red Kidney Beans2 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans 1 lb. Pork Sausage 1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 can diced tomatoes1 can Diced Tomatoes & Green ChiliesSeasonings to taste (chili powder, cayenne peppers, etc.)Bell pepper and onion (optional)Shredded cheese (optional)Sour cream (optional)
Directions
Brown meat and drain. If using, cook the onion and bell pepper with the meat. Place all ingredients except cheese and sour cream in a slow cooker. Cook on warm for at least 8 hours.*

*The low setting will be okay, but since everything is already cooked, mostly you're letting the flavors blend.
