2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large Egg white, fresh 0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
heat pan over medium heat. add butter. whisk eggs, egg whites and water- don't over beat, just break them up and emulsify slightly. add to hot pan. lift edges as they cook to allow wet mix to flow under the edge. continue to do this, moving all around the pan until the surface is still glossy but almost cooked. sprinkle cheese over top and lift one side of omelette over the other. allow to cook a little longer to become golden on the bottom. flip over for the same on the other side. plate, rest for a minute, split in half with your buddy and enjoy!
