Cauliflower "Potato" Salad

Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 serving Butter, Unsalted, Sweet Cream, Grade AA, First Quality, 1 tbsp - Sunnyside Farms (by LWILLIAMS6586) 4 oz Red Top Greek Yogurt Plain (by GDIANE50) 1 tbsp Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil (by CAFITCHIC) 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 2 clove Garlic .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 4 tbsp Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 large Hard Boiled Egg
Directions
Bake (roast) cauliflower
Chop rest of ingredients
Mix dressing together (greek yogurt, mayo, oil, lemon, garlic, dijon)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mix well.
