1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol1.0 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt1.0 cup, chopped Pecans16.0 tbsp *Flax Seed120.0 gram(s) Almonds Mariani Premium Sliced Almonds (1/4c)15.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil36.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)5.0 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener2.0 tbsp flour coconut (Bob's)
Directions
Melt oil and mix all the wet ingredients together. Add all dry and stir well. 350 degree oven for 30 min Stir every 3-4 mins to prevent burning of coconut. Serving Size: 1/3 cup
