1 tbsp *Flax Seed 60 gram(s) Rolled Oats, Pams (NZ), Uncooked, (1/3cup=30g) (by BELLE289) 200 grams Prunes, dried 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 0.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
