Stuffed french toast

Ingredients
24 ounce Bread, Texas Toast 2 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 8 oz Cream Cheese 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix together with electric beater strawberries (or other fresh berries or fruit) and softened cream cheese, add cinnamon if desired. In separate bowl mix together eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Dip bread into egg mixture and cook on electric griddle or pan until done (slightly brown on both sides). Take two slices of bread and put cream cheese mixture in between, like a sandwhich. Place on warm griddle for a few minutes, just long enough to warm up the inside. Serve with surup, or plain. (Some ingredients are estimated, I over estimated most. Feel free to use less if desired.) Serving Size: 2 slices stuffed
