Ingredients
130 grams Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 tbsp chopped Shallots 100 grams Liddells lactose free grated cheese 130 Grams Onions, raw 3 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 300 grams Puff pastry, frozen, ready-to-bake
Directions
Chop bacon, onion, shallots and parsley. Put all ingredients except pastry in bowl and stir well. Grease baking tins. Cut pastry to fit baking tins. Spoon in mix and bake on 220 degrees celcius for 12 mins or until golden brown. Serving Size: 12 cup cake tin size
