Turkey Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey 1/2 cup Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 3 cloves minced Garlic1 tsp minced Ginger 1 pkg Cabbage Shredded for slawGreen Onion (optional)
Directions
Combine soy sauce, garlic & ginger in small bowl. In large skillet, brown ground turkey and drain fat. Add cabbage mix to skillet; stir to combine with turkey. Pour sauce over cabbage and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted but still crunchy. Serve in a bowl and top with green onion. Enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
