160 g Light Flora (UK) 4 cup Sucralose Sweetner (measures cup for cup like sugar) (by MDRATH) 60 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 6 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 8.4 gram(s) Vanilla Essence (1 tsp = 4.2g) (by ANAVERAGEJESS) 120 grams Cream Cheese, Fat Free
Mix all the ingredients into a smoother batter using a hand blender.
Line the base of a square baking tin with greaseproof paper and pour in the batter.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin for 30 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack and leave until cool to the touch.
Cut into squares, to taste.
Try adding dried fruit, chocolate chips or fudge pieces to the batter and mix gently with a spoon before pouring into the tin.
