Ingredients
12.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)0.5 serving Mids Pizza Sauce2.0 cup Low fat Mozzarella shredded
Directions
Cube chicken and cook in pizza sauce in an electric pressure cooker with the chicken setting (you can add sliced mushrooms, diced green peppers and/or diced onions at this point if desired) when cooked, drain off excess sauce and shred chicken - separate into 12 servings - top with cheese and diced pepperoni slices - may freeze individual servings until needed. Serving Size: Makes 12 smallish servings
