1 beaten egg1/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup chopped green onions (2)1 Tblsp snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill1/4 tsp black pepper1 - 14 3/4-ounce can salmon, drained, flaked, and skin & bones removed1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs1 Tblsp. cooking oil
In a medium bowl combine the egg, milk, green onions, dill, and pepper. Add salmon and bread crumbs; mix well. Form mixture into eight 1/2-inch-thick patties. In a large skillet cook patties in hot oil over medium-low heat about 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. If desired, serve with tarter sauce.
