Ingredients
1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt2.0 clove Garlic1.0 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 cup Lentils, cooked
Directions
Grill pepper and peel it. Drain lentils. Put all ingredients in blender. Mix and add seasons at taste. Serve with potato or bread. Serving Size:
