Black Bean Ham Soup

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped 3 medium tomatoes, chopped1 large can hominy, drained1 can cream style corn2 cans black beans2 cups chopped leftover ham1 1/2 teaspoon Adobo
Directions
Saute onions until soft. Add all other ingredients. Heat it up and serve. You can optionally add a dab of sour cream and some chopped cilantro for flavor and color. Also some crushed red pepper while it is heating up gives it a nice kick!
