Fat Free VEGAN Cheeze Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1/4 cup nutritional yeast2 T cornstarch1 roasted red bell pepper1/2 onion (yellow preferred)2 cups water2 t lemon juice1 t salt
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender, I use Vitamix and process for several minutes. I blend dry ingredients first and then add wet ingredients. Pour into saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes, whisking constantly. This recipe is based off a recipe on Youtube by Jill McKeever
