Ingredients
2 cups, Mangos 2 cups, Pineapple2 cups, Spinach2 tbsp, Flaxseed 2 tbsp, Honey 1 cups, Vanilla Greek Yogurt4 cups, Cow's milk
Directions
Peel and slice both fruits if needed.
Wash vegetables and fruits thoroughly.
Add yogurt and milk in the blender, honey and flaxseed. Combine mangoes, pineapples, and spinach, and put in the blender.


Serving Size: Abroximate 4 servings of 16 ounces.
