Banana oatmeal cornmeal fritters

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1.25 cup Yellow Cornmeal
Directions
Smash banana good, add eggs and mix well, add spices you desire (cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, etc.) mix in oatmeal, not instant. Stir in cornmeal until gloppy and more solid than liquid. Oil pan and cook up in 2 inch sizes.
