Peanut butter crunch baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 dash Salt1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil0.25 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt0.25 cup Maple Syrup4.0 oz Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted)1.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry16.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° Mix everything except the almond milk until well combined. Then add almond milk and mix. It will be very runny. Grease an 8 x 8 pan and pour in pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until Oatmeal is set and the center is fully cooked. Cool before slicing. Serving Size: 4 servings
