12.0 oz Cheddar Cheese2.0 cup Milk, 3.25%6.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted8.0 oz Macaroni, dry, enriched0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Directions
Boil pasta. Make white sauce with 4 T butter. Mix white sauce pasta and two thirds cheese. Mix crumbs with 2 T butter. Put pasta and cheese sauce in casserole, top with remaining cheese and buttery crumbs. Bake 350f, 30 minutes. Serving Size: 8 servings
