1.5 cup Flour (Bob's Red Mill) Hazelnut Meal (by DOTSLADY) .125 cup Bob's Red Mill Arrowroot starch flour (by FRESHSTART469) 1.5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 4 tbsp enjoy life dark chocolate chips 69% cacao (by BLESSEDXGRACE)
Preheat oven to 350F, and generously grease doughnut-ring baking pan.
Mix dry ingredients together, Mix wet ingredients together, Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until uniform consistency. Add 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips and mix until coated and distributed.
Pipe or carefully spoon batter into the rings of the pan. Bake for 15 min., and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes in the pan before attempting to remove them.
Chocolate Glaze: Melt 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips in 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and stir until smooth.
Dip or drizzle glaze over the rounded, pan-side of the cooled doughnuts.
Serving Size: makes 8 doughnuts in a doughnut baking pan
