Digest Diet - Balsamic-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
0.13 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 dash Salt .5 tbsp Honey 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 20 oz kirkland Atlantic Salmon farm raised
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.

In a small saucepan whisk together the vinegar, honey, salt and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil and cook over medium heat until reduced to 2 tablespoons, about 5 minutres. Reserved 1 Tblsp of the baslsamic glaze in a small cup.

Oil s shallow baking dish and ass the salmon. Brush with the remaining balsamic glaze . Roast uncovered until just cooked through, 10-12 minutes.
Serve the fish with a drizzled with the reserve.
