Baked Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.5 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Slice all ingredients into fajita strips, place into a bowl
Add oil & 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning
Mix together
Pout into a 9x13 casserole dish
Cook 20 mins and take out to stir it up
Cook another 20-25 mins....
Enjoy with your favorite toppings (optional)!
