1 Egg1 slice Turkey Bacon 30 grams Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup chopped Broccoli 1/4 cup chopped Green Pepper1 Leaf Lettukce 1 slice Foldit wrap 1/4 cup mild salsa
Scramble egg with a little water. Mix in vegetables and cheese. I cook mine in the microwave in a round microwave container, but can be done in a pan as an omelet. Spread about 1 tbsp salsa on protein bread. Put the egg mixture, turkey bacon, and lettuce on the sandwich. Bit messy but good.
