4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 3 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until fully combined. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Just allow the sauce to come back to room temperature prior to using it.
NOTES
For a thinner sauce, add more lemon juice.
For an even lighter sauce, use 3/4 cups yogurt and only a 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
