Spinach & Mushroom egg muffins

Ingredients
2.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh17.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Use a cupcake pan. Put spinach in each muffin cup. Dice up mushrooms and put on top of spinach. Beat eggs and add to muffin cups. Heat oven to 350. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins (2 muffins is a serving)
