Ingredients
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 dash Salt 2 1tsp Canola Oil 2 tsp Sugar In The Raw 0.25 cup Flour, white
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter on a hot skillet and let it spread all over the skillet surface. Cook until golden brown, about 30sec then flip on other side for another 30 sec.
