0.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 0.25 cup Parsley 7 serving Cheese--Great Value Part Skim Ricotta Cheese--1/4 cp serv 4 cup Kraft Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella with Philadelphia Cream Cheese 12 oz Great Value Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles 3 serving 5th Season Italian Seasoning .66 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 3 cup Spinach, fresh .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 12 oz Turkey, ground turkey breast - Honeysuckle 99% fat free 3 tbsp Sliced Blacked Olives 2 tsp Garlic Select Minced Garlic 2.5 serving Hunt’s No Salt Added Petite Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Hunts No Salt Added Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp Hunt’s No Salt Added Tomato Paste
Brown turkey breast and then add parsley, diced onion, diced peppers, chopped mushrooms, garlic, Italian seasoning and spinach. Cook on medium high heat until vegetables are all tender. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Lower heat to low and cover then simmer for 30 minutes. Empty ricotta into a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup egg beaters and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning to ricotta and mix well. Preheat oven to 425F. Spray glass pan with Pam spray then put a little sauce in the pan. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, sauce and cheese until pan full making sure cheese is your top layer. Cover with foil no bake at 425F for 60minutes.
