If chicken is wet bread crumbs will adhere without eggs. Mix dry ingredients, dip chicken and place on cookie cooling rack on cookie sheet bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
Serve with dipping sauce, honey mustard or Buffalo or blue cheese dressing.
