16.0 oz Cod (fish)6.0 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino0.5 serving Nature's Greens Collard Greens (2.5 cups fresh)1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
Blanch whole collard greens in water. Toss cod in aminos. Top collards with fish pepper and oil, then roll up into packs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedge.
